Take a walk back
in time as you tour the Ocean
City Historical Museum and view life at the Jersey
Shore during the Victorian Era (circa 1879). See the once-lost
treasures of the Sinda, which ran aground on
the shores of Ocean City in 1901. Explore the historic
district of Ocean City on a self-guided walking tour.
Art:
Take delight in the
monthly exhibits at the Ocean
City Arts Center, offering displays in a variety of
media created by artists from around the world. Or stop
by the Fine Arts League on Asbury Avenue to view local
artists' works - you might even catch them creating a
masterpiece.
Downtown:
Stroll Asbury Avenue
and enjoy Ocean City's unique clothing stores, art galleries,
restaurants, or antiques and collectibles stores. Over
100 stores on the Avenue are open year-round. Downtown
Asbury Avenue is host to many events throughout year,
including the Spring and Fall Block Parties which stretch
for 9 blocks, Evenings on Asbury, Market Days, holidsay
parades and the weekly Farmers & Crafter's Market.
Boardwalk:
Become a kid again
at one of
the Amusement
Parks
or laugh with family and friends over a game of
Miniature Golf. Watch salt water
taffy being made before your eyes and sample tasty pizza,
homemade gelato, caramel corn or luscious fudge. Enjoy
shopping, food, and fun on our world famous boardwalk.
Music
Pier: During
the year the Music Pier offers a wide variety of entertainment
for the whole family, from music to wacky contests. The
Flower Show, the Miss New Jersey Pageant and the famous
Ocean City Pops

Corson's
Inlet
State Park:
Leave the world
behind as you enjoy the beach and the coastal dune trail
down at Corson's Inlet. Piping Plovers, Black Skimmers,
and Least Terns nest on the beach in the spring and summer.
Watch in fascination the migration of dolphins, ducks,
geese, and Monarch Butterflies that pass through this
area every year. Enjoy sun bathing, photography, hiking
and biking at this remote Ocean City location.
